About this tracking application
Information visibility
Tickets opened in this application will only be visible to authenticated users. This is a deliberate choice to minimize the chance of sensitive configuration or personal information from leaking onto the 'net.
Wiki pages are, however, visible to the entire Web.
Email notification
By default, the reporter and owner of a ticket will be notified when a ticket is opened or its status changes - if they have set their email address in Preferences for their account.
If you would prefer to be notified by email about all new and changed tickets, just ask Dan Scott to add you to the global BCC list.
About the wiki
As with all Wiki pages, this page is editable, this means that you can modify the contents of this page simply by using your web-browser. Simply click on the "Edit this page" link at the bottom of the page. WikiFormatting will give you a detailed description of available Wiki formatting commands.
For a complete list of local wiki pages, see TitleIndex.
