Message from the University Librarian
Welcome to the J.N. Desmarais Library and Archives!
To our students…
One key job of the Library and Archives is to help you succeed in your studies by ensuring that you have access to the books, journals, and other library resources that you need for completing your course assignments. If we don't seem to have what you're looking for, please let us know and we'll see how quickly we can locate, borrow (using our inter-library loan service, RACER) or buy the book or article (or other source) that you need.
To faculty and graduate students…
As ever, the Library and Archives strives to provide you, our researchers and instructors, with the books, articles, and other published materials-and librarian assistance-that you need to support your work. If you don't find what you need here, be sure to confer with your liaison librarian; we can likely obtain what you need one way or another. Please use as well our inter-library loan service, RACER.
I wish you a productive and rewarding year!
